Delete your account
You can delete your Super HSK account and what's in it at any time. It takes a few taps in the app.
In the app
- Open Super HSK and go to Profile.
- Tap the gear (Settings), then your name at the top.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete account again to confirm.
It's deleted at once and can't be undone. Want a copy first? Settings › Privacy › Download my data.
Without the app
Email us from the address on your account if you can, and tell us the name you use in Super HSK and how you sign in (Apple, Google or email). We'll check the account is yours, delete it, and reply when it's done, usually within a few days.

What's deleted
Your account (name, email address, Apple or Google ID), profile and profile picture, goals and plan, study history, flashcards and reviews, mocks, your own words, handwriting checks, photos, videos, posts (with the voice and handwriting on them), comments and likes, friends, invites, blocks and hides, notifications, and your messages to William.
What stays
- Pro. Deleting doesn't cancel it. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. (A one-time pass in Indonesia doesn't renew.)
- Purchase records stay with Apple, Google and RevenueCat, who keep them for tax and accounting.
- Voice recordings and grading records kept to check Měi Lǎoshī's grading, feedback forms and survey answers. Ask us in the same email and we'll delete these too.
- Usage data in PostHog, under its own retention, and reports other people made about you.
- Copies in our providers' backups for a short time, until they're overwritten.
